GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS. Please read our terms and conditions carefully.
Reservations and Deposits • We do require a deposit to hold your reservation. The amount will depend on the unit being booked and cost of rent (if the staying is less then 7 nights, deposit is usually in amount for one night staying and it covers first night of your staying). • Payment for the reservation deposit should be made via www.paypal.com via Western Union or directly to Pension Stankovich (Mirjana Stanković) bank account. The rest of the payment is due in cash on the arrival day. • Please note that the final booking confirmation will not be sent until Pension Stankovich (Mirjana Stanković) has received the pre-payment fee and you have received a confirmation email from Pension Stankovich (Mirjana Stanković) with all the relevant information.
Payment • Once Pension Stankovich (Mirjana Stanković) has confirmed the availability, the client will have to pay a deposit in amount of one night staying. •The rest of the price for the stay in the apartment shall be paid by the client in cash upon arrival (please remember, NO CASH, NO CHECK IN!). for now we do not work with credit cards yet. •We prefer to be paid in cash (either in Euros or Kuna). If it is paid in Kuna we recalculate Euros in to Kuna by Croatian National Bank (HNB) exchange rate on day of the paying. (official web site of HNB is http://www.hnb.hr/tecajn/ )
Arrival The day of your arrival, the apartment will be available frombetween 1 - 2 P.M .If, for any reason, your arrival is earlier, please let us know in advance so we might try to accommodate you before.
Cleaning The accommodation unit shall be cleaned prior to the arrival of each client. When leaving, the client is obliged to leave the apartment in a reasonable condition.
Number and identity of the guests The client will inform Pension Stankovich (Mirjana Stanković) of the number of guests included within the booking. Unless otherwise agreed by Pension Stankovich (Mirjana Stanković), only the number of persons indicated by the client when booking shall be authorized to use the apartment. The number of persons who may use the apartment may not exceed the number of persons allocated for each apartment.
Behavior The client signing the check in form will be liable for the correct and decent behavior of all the persons accompanying him/her. Should that person, or any of the persons accompanying him/her not behave in a suitable and responsible way, Pension Stankovich (Mirjana Stanković) shall be entitled to request the client and the persons accompanying him/her to leave the apartment without the right for the latter to claim any type of compensation. Please observe that Pension Stankovich (Mirjana Stanković) Terms and Conditions with regard to disturbances, loud music and parties are very clear: ALL ARE STRICTLY FORBIDDEN. Guests staying in Pension Stankovich should know that if parties or loud music are heard, or neighbors complain and/or police are called, it can result in immediate eviction regardless of the time of day or night. Also note that by booking with Pension Stankovich you have already accepted our terms and conditions and will therefore be expected to abide by these rules.
QUIET TIME IS EVERY DAY FROM 10.00 P.M to 09.00 A.M We appreciate your collaboration in this matter and hope you understand that these rules are necessary as these studios/rooms are all situated in residential buildings and the nightly rest of other inhabitants must be respected.
Liabilities Pension Stankovich shall be liable for any direct or indirect damages that may arise as a consequence of the use by the client of the apartment, including without limitation, damages, insurance, losses because of fires, robbery or criminal behavior. In case of any infringement of the aforementioned obligations, Pension Stankovich at its sole discretion will be entitled to request the client to leave the apartment, and the client shall have no right to claim any type compensation.
Our Website All accommodation units descriptions and information is supplied by the apartments featured. Whilst Pension Stankovich do their utmost to maintain accuracy and to check details wherever possible, Pension Stankovich cannot be held liable for any errors or omissions that may arise. Pension Stankovich also reserve the right to change information published on the site at any time including rates, descriptions and photographs.
Terms and Conditions Pension Stankovich reserves the right to update any of its terms and conditions at any time, as may be required and as may be in line with the company's business. The onus is placed on all parties, using the site, to undertake adequate measures to ensure that they visit any such terms and conditions on a regular basis. These terms do not affect consumer statutory rights.
Pension Stankovich HOUSE RULES and INFORMATION Please Read Carefully
As a client, you are expected to respect the house rules that pertain to the apartment and the community it belongs to. The apartment may not be used as a party space but that of an accommodation for sleeping, eating, relaxing, etc. Please look at the house rules thoroughly in order to avoid any problems. Our main objective is for the client to have a good experience in Dubrovnik. Please respect our neighbors - normal working people who need to get up early and go to work every day so please respect the noise levels in the stairwells as well as in the apartments. Parties are not allowed.
Quiet hours: Monday - Friday 11.00 P.M to 9.00 A.M. Saturday - Sunday 12.00 P.M to 10.00 A.M. Please turn off the air-conditioning or lights if you leave the apartment; we try to keep prices low and would like to save the energy. Please note that the check out time is at 10.00 A.M. as we need to clean the apartment from 10.00 A.M. till 1.00 P.M or 2 P.M or to the next check-in (1.00 P.M. is the normal check in time). Let us know in advance if you need a later check out time.
OTHER ISSUES Place is to easy to find as it is situated in narrow street above the Old town of Dubrovnik. We highly recommend that you take a direct transfer from the airport. If you want to be collected from Dubrovnik Airport we can recommend some of our driver and he charge 30 Euros.
You will have to inform us of ALL the details of your flights which includes (airport you are traveling from, flight number, name of airline, estimated time of arrival in Dubrovnik). It is your responsibility to keep us informed of any changes or delays of your flights. If you have any problems during your stay in Dubrovnik, do not hesitate to contact us; we will be happy in assisting you as much as we can!
The studios/rooms are available from 1.00 P.M. on the day of arrival. If your flight arrives to Dubrovnik before that, you are welcome to leave the luggage in the our private area. You can stay on our balcony or terrace and enjoy in a view with a drink or just go on easy walk to the Old town till units are being cleaned and come back for the check in.
The flat must be vacated at 10.00 A.M. on the day of departure. If your flight is due to leave Dubrovnik later, we can look after your luggage.
If for any reason you are going to be late you have to expect that inform us.
You and your party hold Pension Stankovich harmless from and against any and all liability arising out of or in any way connected with your use and occupancy of the property, including injuries, damages or losses from fire, theft or criminal activity. The flat owners are never liable for any of the above. In the unlikely event and for reasons beyond our control where an apartment is damaged or for whatever reason not fit for rental, we will find you a suitable alternative of accommodation, with the same standard as the apartment that you have booked, same number of sleeping places and same price.
Extra charges If you need we provide transfers, 30 Euros from Dubrovnik airport or 10 Euros from ferry and bus station. Car capacity is 4 people if there is more than 3 or 4 people in your party, then two cars will be required.
PETS POLICY The Pension kindly informs customers that there is no designated place or amenity for pets in our pension. We are very sorry for any inconvenience this may have put in your end.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
For reservation we need a deposit. This deposit is applied to the total charges for the stay.
If the tourist cancels reservation for any reason , deposit is non-refundable.
After a confirmed reservation and confirmed the number of overnight stays (ie, arrival date and departure date) guests decide to change the plan for any reason and stay for less than agreed, has to pay 50% of the total amount for the booked period. So we ask our guests to book accommodation only after a well-planned itinerary.
Pension Stankovich advises tourists to take out travel insurance to cover their obligations under these Cancellation Policy.
